Had an aircon leak that was slowly deteriorating my wall, didn’t have to have it off for too long in this heat as Hadi was very efficient in identifying the problem and fixing it without issue. Highly recommended

A technician from chill-tech air service (contractors to Mitsubishi Electric) attended our house regarding an issue with our split aircon unit which is still under warranty installed. The issue was spitting few drops of water on our heads every now and then, after checking it he told us there seems to be no blockage in the inside unit and suggested to have it serviced as soon as possible (cleaning and mould treatment) and said to ask the service provider to check for any blockage in the outside pipe.Few days later I received a phone call informing me that I have to pay $176 followed by an emailed invoice, when asked about the payment he told me, after the job was done, warranty only apply for faulty part and the issue with our aircon is not a part relate.I was not informed by anyone from the people I contacted the possibility of being charged for this service as it is still under warranty which came as a complete surprise to meI called two airconditioning service providers for quotes when I told them about the issues am having with our unit both said it’s because the humidity is too high and all it needs is to increase the fan as it was too low to cope with the humidity, increased the fan speed problem solved.Chill tech technicians not only failed to identify the problem they also lied about informing me that a fee is required if the problem is not part related, have I known that this issue is not covered be warranty I would have called the service people I have been using for many years and not called them as they are honest and their fees are reasonable and much cheaper.I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone, paid them money they do not deserve.

Our Samsung air conditioner was showing a fault and upon contacting Samsung Care (who were extremely unhelpful.....a story for another day) we were eventually referred to Chill-Tech who were the most helpful, obliging company we have ever dealt with. Their communication was brilliant and their service second to none. They came earlier than originally anticipated and were very friendly and professional. We will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

What a pleasant experience! The day was about as uncomfortable as it could get from the humidity, Chill Tech were experiencing a extremely high demand for repairs/service at Christmas time and I was fortunate enough to have an aircon technician that not only had the skills but additionally had good customer relations competency, It is a rare combination and certainly appreciated by me. The follow up prior and post repair was excellent, I’m sure this organisation will go far.

Both Hadi and Ensar fixed our air con and did a wonderful job. They were both professional and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The company itself was extremely helpful.
